What started as a dream many years ago finally became a reality in 2024 with the official formation of Gnarly Designs, LLC. And while “Gnarly Designs” the design agency might be new to this corner of the world, it’s blueprint and core ideas have been in the works for years. Heck, even our soon-to-be-world-famous logo (he’s known as “Mr. P” around here) was concocted way back in 2012 during a rainy weekend when a few local zoo animals got loose into the city. Sure, a penguin wasn’t one of them, but it’s fun to imagine an animal trying to blend in with it’s “fellow humans” during the daring escape attempt, right? Thus, the legend of Mr. P was born, and the rest is history.

Anyways, back to the core idea stuff…

Some people dream about becoming president, playing for their favorite sports team, or starting a colony on Mars. All cool and worthy objectives, no doubt, but our dream here is and always has been a lot simpler: we just want to make sh*t look cool.
